How to reach us
Write to hello@grudgy.app. That is the address for questions, bugs, privacy requests, and a served page that should come down.
If you have an account, please write from the address on it, so we know which one it is.
A grudge was served to you
Someone sent you a link to a certificate. You can apologize, appeal to Moru the Judge (appeals are always denied), or ignore it. If it is not a joke to you, report it:
- At the bottom of the certificate, tap Report this page.
- Confirm. The page stops being shown to anyone straight away.
It is gone for good: a reported page cannot be served again, and the person who sent it sees that it was reported. You do not need an account or the app to report a page.
If the link no longer opens, or there is more we should know, write to hello@grudgy.app and include the link.
If someone hurt or threatened you, please talk to someone you trust, or contact local emergency services if you are in danger. Grudgy is not the place for it.
Delete your account
Every grudge, verdict and certificate goes with it, and served links stop working. This cannot be undone. There is no waiting period.
- In the app, open You, tap Delete account, then confirm Delete everything.
- Or email hello@grudgy.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will do the same.
The full list of what we store is in the privacy policy.
Delete one grudge
Open the grudge, tap Delete grudge, then Delete. It leaves the Hall of Shame too, and the link you served stops working.
Common answers
- Unlocks on a new phone. Grudgy Pro and certificate designs belong to your Grudgy account. Sign in with the same email.
- Forgot your password. The app has no password reset yet. Write to us from the address on the account.
- No reminders. In the app, open You and turn on reminders. If notifications are off for Grudgy in Settings, the same button opens Settings.
- Moru stopped ruling. Free accounts get 2 verdicts a month and Pro gets 30. The count starts again at the beginning of each month.
- Changing your name. Open You and edit the name on your certificates. Grudges you already served show the new name too.
App Store
Grudgy is not on the App Store yet. It is coming soon, for iPhone. This page is here so the listing can point at a real support address when it exists.
Worth knowing
Grudgy is a joke. Moru’s verdicts are jokes, not legal advice, and a certificate has no legal effect.
